Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Permitted uses
You may use Pariom to: reconcile metrics between the sources you connect, record rulings and definitions for your organization, analyze your organization's financial data, generate variance memos and reports for internal and board use, and ask natural-language questions about your general ledger. You may share Pariom-generated memos and case records with your board, investors, advisors, and clients in the normal course of business.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Pariom to:
- Process data you do not have authorization to access
- Configure a reconciliation check to attempt writes rather than reads against a connected database or warehouse, or attempt to circumvent the read-only query guard
- Circumvent the read-only OAuth constraints by attempting to write to connected accounting systems
- Attempt to extract or reconstruct other customers' data from any Pariom output
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Pariom's AI outputs for training competing models
- Represent Pariom's analysis, briefs, or hypotheses as a human ruling, or as human-produced work product in regulated filings, without appropriate disclosure
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law, including financial fraud or money laundering
3. AI-generated content
Pariom's diagnostic briefs, variance memos, and Q&A responses are AI-generated and always labeled as such, with a stated confidence level — they are hypotheses, not verdicts. Only a named human ruling resolves a case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before distribution. Do not submit Pariom-generated content to regulatory bodies (SEC filings, audits, tax returns) without human review and verification.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund. Pariom reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required. To report misuse: ops@pariom.ai
