Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What accounting systems do you connect to?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage Business Cloud — all via read-only OAuth. Any system that exports a trial balance as CSV also works identically.
Do I need to give you access to my books?
QBO access is read-only. We pull the trial balance and nothing else. For CSV upload, data is processed in memory and not stored beyond the session.
What if I have multiple entities?
Growth supports up to 6 entities. Pro and Team are unlimited. Each entity has its own QBO connection, memo history, and alert configuration.
